3) Exchange Policy:
  • Only a one-time exchange of size/colour is allowed.
  • Please note that we will not be able to exchange with lower price items.
  • Accessories and sun-glasses are not allowed for exchanges.
Exchange Conditions:
  • Should you require an exchange, the exchange has to be requested within  48 hours if your purchasing at our stores and 7 days from the time you receive your item via online purchasing.
  • Exchanged items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
  • Exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear/use or washing.
  • Bill may be requested to submit at our cashier counter for exchanged items.
